The project is focused in the transformation of the main entrance of the International Birdhouse, the café-restaurant and some offices to make it more attractive for its international clients.

By connecting the main lobby, the restaurant, the bar and the co-working workspaces, cross-views are created between the common spaces that guarantee new opportunities for meeting and sharing.

The restaurant downstairs offers various spaces according to the international needs of customers consisting of areas with circular and rectangular seats according to needs.

The redevelopment of the inner courtyard in the tree-lined garden creates moments of respite in a relaxing and stimulating environment thanks to the use of wood as the main material.
