The construction site is located in a luxury and green area of Geneva close to Leman Lake.

The building is characterized on three levels: living area on the ground floor, sleeping area on the first floor and the guests and wellness area on the semi-basement with an elegant pool.

 

Floors are connected by a patio that allows access of light and natural ventilation in all floors.

The ground-floor living areas are preceded by generous covered terraces on the garden side with a view on the Mont-Blanc massif, the tallest mountain in Europe.

The building is identified by a very reduced material palette: west and east facades are covered in travertine, in the northern facade there is "filter" of brise soleil to limit the view inwards. Underground floor facade is a natural sawn stone.
